General Description
The HT93LC66 is a 4K-bit low voltage nonvolatile, serial electrically erasable programmable read only memory device using the CMOS floating gate process.
Its 4096 bits of memory are organized into 256 words of 16 bits each when the ORG pin is connected to VCC or organized into 512 words of 8 bits each when it is tied to VSS.
The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation are essential.
By popular microcontroller, the versatile serial interface including chip select (CS), serial clock (SK), data input (DI) and data output (DO) can be easily controlled.

General Description
The RT9004 is designed for portable RF and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements.
The RT9004 performance is optimized for battery-powered systems to deliver ultra low noise and low quiescent current.
Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, further prolonging the battery life.
The RT9004 also works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the amount of board space necessary for power applications, critical in hand-held wireless devices.
The RT9004 consumes less than 0.01uA in shutdown mode and has fast turn-on time less than 50us.
RT9004 is short circuit thermal folded back protected.
RT9004 lowers its OTP trip point from 165°C to 110°C when output short circuit occurs (VOUT < 0.4V) providing maximum safety to end users.
The other features include ultra low dropout voltage, high output accuracy, current limiting protection, and high ripple rejection ratio.
Available in the VDFN-10L 3x3 and WDFN-10L 3x3 packages, the RT9004 also offers custom voltage, range of 1.5V to 3.5V with 0.1V per step.

AP5004 - PWM CONTROL 2.5A STEP-DOWN CONVERTER

General Description
AP5004 consists of step-down switching regulator with PWM control.
These devices include a reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, error amplifier, internal NMOS.
AP5004 provides low-ripple power, high efficiency and excellent transient characteristics.
The PWM control circuit is able to vary the duty ratio linearly from 0 up to 90%.
An enable function, an over current protect function and a short circuit protect function are built inside, and when OCP or SCP happens, the operation frequency will be reduced from 300 KHz to 50 KHz.
Also, an internal compensation block is built to minimize external component count.
With built-in power NMOS, a step-down switching regulator is easy to be built by adding a coil, capacitors and a diode.
The high efficiency, low standby current, high input voltage (32V) and output current (2.5A) combining with small SOP-8L package give AP5004 unprecedented advantage in high power system applications.
