General Description
The AAT3195 is a charge-pump based, current-sink white LED driver capable of driving one to four LEDs up to 30mA, each. It automatically switches between 1x mode and 2x mode to maintain the highest efficiency and optimal LED current accuracy and matching.
The AAT3195 charge pump’s 1x mode (bypass mode) has very low resistance allowing LED current regulation to be maintained with input supply voltage approaching the LED forward voltage. The AAT3195 incorporates an internal RSET and is available in a thermally enhanced,
Pb-free 2x2.1mm 10-lead SC70JW-10 package.

General Description
The AAT4292 SmartSwitchTM is a member of AnalogicTech’s Application Specific Power MOSFETTM (ASPMTM) product family. The AAT4292 has seven P-channel MOSFETs configured for use as a high side microprocessor GPIO expander powered from a common supply source. Operating over a 1.8V to 5.5V range, the AAT4292 is ideal for portable Li-Ion/Polymer powered products. The state of each output channel is controlled with a single GPIO line via the EN/SET pin using AnalogicTech’s Simple Serial Control™ (AS2Cwire™) interface.
The switch states are controlled by AnalogicTech’s Simple Serial Control (AS2Cwire) interface which permits ease of control and efficiency of size. The quiescent supply current is very low, typically 6.3μA. In shutdown mode, the supply current is reduced to less than 1μA. The AAT4292 is offered in a Pb-free, 10-pin SC70JW package specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

General Description
The AAT4901 FastSwitch™ is a member of AnalogicTech’s Application Specific Power MOSFET™ (ASPM™) product family.
It is a full-bridge buffered power stage operating with an input voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V.
The device is designed to operate with a switching frequency of up to 2MHz, minimizing the cost and size of external components.
The AAT4901 is protected from shoot-through current by integrated break-before-make circuitry. The drivers can be independently controlled and their propagation delay, from input to output, is typically between 8ns-19ns dependent upon logic option.
Four options are offered providing a single input control, dual input control or as two independent half-bridges.
Other features include low RDS(ON) and low quiescent current allowing for high efficiency performance.
The AAT4901 is available in the space-saving, Pb-free 8-pin SC70JW package and is rated over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

AAT3340 - High Efficiency 1x/1.5x Charge Pump

General Description
The AAT3340 is a low-noise, constant-frequency charge pump DC/DC converter that uses a dual-mode load switch (1x) and fractional (1.5x) conversion to maximize efficiency for white LED applications.
The AAT3340 is capable of driving 4 white LEDs at a total of 80mA from a single 2.7V to 5.5V input.
The current sinks may be operated individually or in parallel while driving higher-current LEDs.
A low external parts count (two 1μF flying capacitors and two small 1μF capacitors at VIN and VOUT) makes the AAT3340 ideal for small battery-powered applications.
Analogic Tech’s Simple Serial Control (S2Cwire) digital interface is used to enable, disable and set current to one of 32 levels for the LEDs.
The AAT3340 is equipped with built-in short-circuit and over-temperature protection.
The soft-start circuitry prevents excessive inrush current at start-up and mode transitions.
The AAT3340 family is available in Pb-free, space-saving TSOPJW and TDFN33 packages, and operates over the -40°C to +85°C ambient temperature range.
