GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADSD-1410S is a functionally complete, dual 14-bit, 10MSPS, sampling A/D converter. Its standard, 40-pin, triple-wide SMT DIP contains two fast-settling sample/hold amplifiers, two 14-bit A/D converters, multiplexed output buffers, a precision reference, and all the timing and control logic necessary to operate from either two or a single start convert pulse.
The ADSD-1410S is optimized for wideband frequencydomain applications and is fully FFT tested. The ADSD- 1410S requires only ±5V supplies and typically consumes 1.6 Watts. The digital output power supply is capable of directly driving 5V or 3V logic systems. Models are available in either commercial 0 to +70°C or military -55 to +125°C operating temperature ranges.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
DATEL's ADS-325A is a low power, 10-bit, 20MHz, CMOS sampling A/D converter. Its small 48 pin plastic LQFP package contains a S/H amplifier, a 3-state output register, linearity calibration circuitry, and all necessary control logic. Only two external reference voltages, an A/D clock and a few digital inputs are required. The A/D clock may be applied with 50% duty cycle.
The excellent dynamic performance includes a spurious free dynamic range of 65dB and a signal-to-noise ratio with distortion of 54dB with a 3MHz input. ADS-325A is capable of operating from a single +5V power supply and typically consumes only 150mW. It can also operate from a +5V analog VS with +3.3V digital VS enabling an interface with 3.3V logic circuitry. The ADS-325A is ideally suited for high quality video/CCD imaging applications.

NM232DDC - Isolated Dual EIA-232-D Transmitter and Receiver

DESCRIPTION
The NM232DDC is an electrically isolated dual transmitter and receiver designed to interface
data terminal equipment (DTE) with data communications equipment (DCE).
The device provides two data receive channels and two data transmit channels.
Each channel is EIA-232-D, EIA-232‑E and CCITT V.28 compatible at the interface boundary and TTL/CMOS compatible at the logic connections.
No external components are needed and a single 5V input supply powers all functions either side of the isolation boundary.
A low-power shutdown mode and high impedance state for receiver outputs is effected via two pins, SHUTDOWN and ENABLE.
The device is supplied in a low profile 24 pin DIL package.
