SP7682 - Backlight and Flash Driver in QFN 3mm x 3mm

DESCRIPTION
The SP7682 or SP7682A provides a complete LED backlight and flash solution that is designed to drive 4 low current LEDs for backlighting and a single channel high current output for a LED flash. The SP7682 and SP7682A have serial interfaces that can program the backlight LED current in steps of 0.5mA up to 31.5mA and flash LED current in steps of 10mA up to 500mA. The SP7682A uses two single line serial interfaces for programming the backlight current and flash current. The SP7682 uses an I2C serial interface which also allows programming active, standby and shutdown states, selecting flash timeout periods and switching individual LEDs for the backlight. The data is loaded into internal registers upon power up and stored while in shutdown. When the chip is enabled, the stored values set the LED currents. The SP7682/SP7682A automatically detects 1x, 1.5x or 2x operation for optimal efficiency.

XR-8038A - Precision Waveform Generator

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The XR-8038A is a precision waveform generator IC capable of producing sine, square, triangular, sawtooth, and pulse waveforms, with a minimum number of external components and adjustments. The 8038A allows the elimination of the external distortion adjusting resistor which greatly improves the temperature drift of distortion, as well as lowering external parts count. Its operating frequency can be selected over eight decades of frequency, from 0.001Hz to 200KHz, by the choice of external R-C components. The frequency of oscillation is highly stable over a wide range of temperature and supply voltage changes. Both full frequency sweeping as well as smaller frequency variations (FM) can be accomplished with an external control voltage. Each of the three basic waveform outputs, (i.e., sine, triangle and square) are simultaneously available from independent output terminals.
The XR-8038A monolithic waveform generator uses advanced processing technology and Schottky-barrier diodes to enhance its frequency performance. It can be readily interfaced with a monolithic phase-detector circuit, such as the XR-2228 to form stable phase-locked circuits.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The XR-2211 is a monolithic phase-locked loop (PLL) system especially designed for data communications applications.
It is particularly suited for FSK modem applications.
It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 4.5 to 20V and a wide frequency range of 0.01Hz to 300kHz.
It can accommodate analog signals between 10mV and 3V, and can interface with conventional DTL, TTL, and ECL logic families.
The circuit consists of a basic PLL for tracking an input signal within the pass band, a
quadrature phase detector which provides carrier detection, and an FSK voltage comparator which provides FSK demodulation.
External components are used to independently set center frequency, bandwidth, and output
delay.
An internal voltage reference proportional to the power supply is provided at an output pin.
The XR-2211 is available in 14 pin packages specified for military and industrial temperature ranges.

DESCRIPTION
The SP7601 is a high current DC to DC Switching Buck LED Driver that features low component
count and high efficiency due to a very low 0.2V reference voltage.
High 1.2MHz switching frequency allows use of very small external components.
The SP7601 is compatible with PWM dimming up to a frequency of 1kHz at 10% Duty Cycle.

SP6887 - 4 CHANNEL REGULATED CHARGE PUMP WLED DRIVER

DESCRIPTION
The SP6887 is a 4-channel charge pump white LED driver, capable of driving up to 4 LEDs
connected in parallel.
The device operates in either 1x mode or 1.5x fractional mode, and it can switch from 1x mode to 1.5x mode automatically when the input voltage decreases.
Its internal 4 current sink regulators ensure both LED current matching and brightness uniformity.
The LED current can be programmed by an external resistor, RSET, connected between the RSET pin and ground.
LED currents of up to 30mA are supported by the input supply voltage over a range of 2.7V to 5.5V, making the device optimized for Li-Ion battery applications.
The SP6887 has a fixed switching frequency of 1MHz, allowing the use of very small value ceramic capacitors.
The enable input pin allows the device to be placed in shutdown mode while reducing current consumption to less than 1μA.
LED dimming can be done by several methods including using a DC voltage to set the RSET pin current, adding a switched resistor in parallel with RSET or applying a PWM signal to CTRx pin or EN pin.
