GM1431 - ADJUSTABLE SHUNT REGULATOR

Description
The GM1431 is a three terminal adjustable shunt regulator with thermal stability guaranteed over temperature. Output voltage can be adjusted to any value between 2.5V (Vref) and 36V by using two external resistors. The GM1431 has a typical dynamic output impedance of 0.2W. Active output circuitry provides a very unique turn on characteristic, making the GM1431 an excellent tum on replacement for zener diodes in many applications such as onboard regulation and adjustable power supplies. The GM1431 is an ideal voltage reference for 3.0 to 3.3V switching power supplies.
The GM1431 shunt regulator is available with 3 voltage tolerances, 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0% over TA= 0°C to + 70°C, and four package options (SOT-23, TO-92, SOT-89 and SOP-8). Whatever your application is, the GM1431 offers the optimum combination of performance, reliability, and economy.

GM6155 - 150mA LOW - NOISE LDO REGULATOR

Description
GM6155 is an efficient linear voltage regulator with ultralow - noise output, very low dropout voltage (typically 17mV at light loads and 165mV at 50mA), and very low ground current
(600μA at 100mA output). GM6155 provides better than 1% initial accuracy.
Designed especially for hand-held, battery-powered devices, GM6155 includes a CMOS or TTL compatible enable/ shutdown control input. When shutdown, power consumption drops nearly to zero. Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, further prolonging battery
life. Key features of GM6155 include a reference bypass pin to improve its excellent low-noise performance, reversed- battery protection, current limiting, and overtemperature shutdown.
The GM6155 is available in SOT-25 package.

Description
 GM3326 is step-up/down DC/DC converter controller ICs with fast, and low ON resistance drivers built-in.
A versatile step-up/ down DC/DC converter can be realised by using with large output current only 4 basic external components - transistors, coils, diodes, and capacitors.
Output voltage is selectable in 0.1V steps within a 2.4V ~ 6.0V ( ± 2.5% accuracy) range, and switching frequency is set at or 300KHz.
GM3326 switches from PWM to PFM control during light loads, and the series offers high efficiencies from light loads through to large output currents.
Soft-start time is internally set to 10 msec, which offers protection against rush currents when the power is switched on and also against voltage overshoot.
During shutdown (CE pin = L), consumption current can be reduced to as little as 0.5μA or less.
